The spearhead of the group, Saudi Gulf Intertrade Est. is capitalized at 3 million dirhams and has General Trade registration that permits all business trading activities in Dubai / U.A.E. The main objective of the company is to "Intertrade" between and with Saudi Arabia via its branch offices in Jeddah and Riyadh. To date the company has successfully introduced and assisted several organizations in both markets and continues to explore other opportunities within the groups subsidiaries and through its resources.


	We are a general trading company looking for niche opportunities within the G.C.C. countries. We identify growth opportunities, analyze them, invest in them, and promote them within our group and associated companies. We focus on developing businesses between Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. and its neighboring countries.

Our group employ over 6000 staff operating out of 16 locations all over Saudi Arabia. These operational centers provide our principals or partners with essential local support to exploit business opportunities in the region.
SGI operates in the U.A.E. under a General Trade License issued by the Dubai Economic Dept. And in Saudi Arabia under various wholly owned companies or partnerships as presented herein.

Our corporate objectives are to build a multi-dimensional organisation by promoting companies from Saudi Arabia into the Gulf states and visa versa, through our offices in Dubai and Jeddah. We are also interested to introduce companies from outside the middle-east and invest in growth businesses within our markets.
